After trying countless ergonomic chairs, I finally chose this one

2. The back of the chair

      2)Separate chair back: mainly separates the waist support from the back of the chair, mostly adaptive waist support, relatively speaking, the support is not so strong.

      In the market, most of the low prices will choose an integrated chair back, the high price will choose a separate chair back, the chair back does not say which is better, but want a more comfortable ergonomic chair, try to choose a separate chair back.

      The most important thing to buy the back of the chair must be to see whether the back curve of the chair is in line with the physiological curve of health, and the physiological curve of human health is like this:

      Chassis is mainly load-bearing, adjustment and control functions. The chassis controls the entire back system of the ergonomic chair, determining the back support, the balance of the back system, the ease of adjustment, safety and other factors.
